Suspension of access to the Residence System until May 4, 2026 inclusive – no possibility to submit fingerprints

We inform you that until May 4, 2026 inclusive, it will not be possible to submit fingerprints in our Department at any Office location. During this period, access to the Residence system, necessary for fingerprint submission, will be suspended. This is related to the implementation of the MOS 2.0 system, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of November 21, 2025 on amending the Act on Foreigners and some other acts (Journal of Laws item 1794). You will be able to supplement any formal deficiencies as indicated in the call, as the Office will operate without any changes. Please remember that the deadline for supplementing formal deficiencies specified in the call is mandatory! Only fingerprints will not be accepted! If you have received a call regarding formal deficiencies, please try to schedule your visit to the Department on days other than April 28 – May 4, 2026, to resolve the issues in one visit without the need for a repeat visit. Scheduled appointments are being gradually rescheduled. We ask you to answer calls (we may contact you from blocked numbers).
