From May 4, you can submit an application for a residence card with the annotation 'Previously held temporary protection' (the so-called CUKR residence card)
Starting May 4, applications for a residence card with the annotation 'Previously held temporary protection' (the so-called CUKR residence card) can only be completed electronically through the new Service Management Module portal. The CUKR residence card is a document confirming the granting of temporary residence permission under special conditions, issued for a period of 3 years. It is issued to individuals with UKR status who choose to transition from temporary protection to a temporary residence permit. Please note that CUKR cases will not be handled in the inPOL system, therefore no code will be sent to assign the case in the system and track its status. Submitting an application will only be possible if you have current and complete data in the PESEL register (current passport, completed fingerprints, signature sample); otherwise, you will not be able to submit the application – you will receive information about the need to update your data at the municipal office. To learn about the procedure and detailed information, such as when, how, and where to submit an application for a residence card with the annotation 'Previously held temporary protection', please go to the section via the link.
