The fees you will need to pay when applying for the CUKR card are 340 PLN for the temporary residence permit and 100 PLN for the issuance of the residence card, applicable to both adults and children. Make sure to use the correct payment title. When making the payment, pay attention to the title of the transfer. It is best to title it as follows: granting CUKR permission + First Name and Last Name of the foreigner to whom the application pertains – fee amount 340 PLN; issuing CUKR card + First Name and Last Name of the foreigner to whom the application pertains – fee amount 100 PLN (this applies to both children and adults). Remember to wait a few minutes after making the transfer before generating the payment confirmation. Otherwise, it may show the message “Order details pending” instead of “Transaction details.” We remind you that starting from May 4, applications for the residence card annotated “Previously holder of temporary protection” (the so-called CUKR residence card) can only be submitted electronically through the new Service Handling Module portal. The CUKR residence card is a document confirming the granting of temporary residence permission under special conditions, issued for a period of 3 years. It is issued to individuals with UKR status who decide to transition from temporary protection to a temporary residence permit.
