Did you send documents for your case electronically via e-Doręczenia? Do not resend the same documents in paper form.
Resending the same correspondence will not speed up the processing of your case; on the contrary, it generates additional actions on the part of the office and delays the process. Electronic documents are promptly added to your case, unlike paper documents. Remember to include in the title: Supplement of documents to the case, case number, first name, and last name. This significantly speeds up the identification and proper attachment of documents to your case. Remember! The submitted documents, which serve as evidence in the case, must be signed with a qualified signature, trusted profile, or personal signature by the appropriate persons or entities, meaning they must be originals of electronic documents. Documents requiring your signature must be signed with your trusted profile or personal certified (qualified) signature. Paper originals of the documents must be electronically verified for compliance with the original by a notary or (provided they are the representative in your case) a legal advisor, attorney, or tax advisor. If documents in a foreign language are attached to the application, they must be submitted along with a translation into Polish, which must be done and electronically signed by a sworn translator. If the translation is in paper form and not electronic, follow the above description, meaning they must be electronically verified for compliance with the original by a notary or (provided they are the representative in your case) a legal advisor, attorney, or tax advisor who is your representative. A trusted profile is a means of electronic identification. It allows you to confirm your identity online and sign documents with an electronic signature. Creating a trusted profile and then signing a document with that profile is free of charge. It is used for handling administrative matters - with it, you can electronically sign any document through a “signing tool.” Stay in Poland legally. Act wisely – do not be deceived! The aim of the campaign is to reach a wide audience of foreigners interested in legalizing their stay in Poland with information that will increase their awareness and knowledge of the rules of entry and residence in Poland, including obtaining a residence card. The sole responsibility for the opinions expressed rests with the author, and the European Commission and the Ministry of Interior and Administration are not responsible for how the provided information is used.
