Create an address and mailbox for electronic notifications e-Doręczeń. Soon, after the launch of the new MOS system, proceedings submitted through this method for temporary residence, permanent residence, and EU long-term resident applications will be conducted solely in electronic form. The mailbox will be necessary for receiving summons, information about personal attendance dates for fingerprinting, and information about the residence card pickup date sent to you by the office. Additionally, through the mailbox, you will be able to respond to summons by providing (sending) missing documents related to your case. How to do it? 1. Obtain a PESEL number https://www.gov.pl/web/gov/uzyskaj-numer-pesel-dla-cudzoziemcow. 2. Create a trusted profile https://pz.gov.pl/pz/registerMainPage. 3. Submit an application electronically and obtain an address for e-Doręczeń: visit the website https://gov.pl/e-doreczenia; fill out the application to create an address and mailbox; review the application and sign it electronically; you will receive a confirmation of the application submission at your email address; log in to https://edoreczenia.gov.pl; open the Your Mailboxes tab; click Activate Mailbox; provide your email address and familiarize yourself with the regulations. e-Doręczenia is the electronic equivalent of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. With e-Doręczenia, you will be able to send documents related to your case and receive correspondence from the office from anywhere, you do not need to go to the post office or wait for the mailman - just the Internet is enough, you can be sure that correspondence sent from the office will reach you even if you change your residence address or leave, you will save on shipping costs because official e-Doręczenia are free of charge, your correspondence with the office will be faster and more convenient, your shipment is secure, and you will sign the document with a trusted signature. Want to know more about e-Doręczenia? Visit https://gov.pl/e-doreczenia and find out more! Remember that when sending letters and documents related to your case via e-Doręczenia, always include in the title of the shipment: case number, first and last name of the foreigner. In the content of the attached letter, in addition to the above data, add the date of birth, citizenship, and current residence address of the foreigner. Additionally, to improve service, we have introduced a new rule: 1 electronic letter = 1 case. This will speed up the circulation of electronic documents in your case. In one letter (one electronic shipment via e-Doręczenia), send documents only for one case. Do not send documents for different cases in one shipment. Remember! Submitted documents, which are evidence in the case, must be signed with a qualified signature, trusted profile, or personal signature by the appropriate persons or entities, meaning they must be originals of electronic documents. Documents requiring your signature must be signed with your own trusted profile or personal certified signature (qualified). Paper originals of documents must be previously electronically confirmed for compliance with the original by a notary, legal advisor, or lawyer. After the launch of the new MOS system, for applications submitted electronically through this system, send documents exclusively electronically. Do not send paper documents by traditional mail. At customer service points in the office, we will only collect fingerprints and verify passports. Missing documents for the case in paper form will not be accepted. In the title of the message, you must provide the case number and the first and last name of the foreigner. Send electronic documents related to one case in a separate letter for that case. This facilitates the quick attachment of these documents to the cases, their processing, and ensures better organization and transparency of the cases. All submitted letters regarding ongoing cases must be titled as follows: case number, first and last name of the foreigner. Remember! Send documents for submitted applications only after receiving the case number from the office, which you will receive via SMS or email. Use the templates of letters available on our website in the section https://migrant.wsc.mazowieckie.pl/pl/pliki-do-pobrania/327. This is important as it will facilitate and speed up the identification of documents related to the case and the distribution of documents in the Department of Foreign Affairs. We encourage you to create a trusted profile! A trusted profile is a means of electronic identification. With it, you can confirm your identity online and sign documents with an electronic signature.
