Have you completed and sent your application to the office in the Module of Case Management system? Additionally, set up an account in the inPOL system. The inPOL system, created by the Mazovian Voivode, will allow you to check the status of your case! By having an account in inPOL, you will be kept informed about the developments regarding your case. Remember! When filling out the application in the MOS system, provide only your email address. You will receive a code at this address that will enable you to link your case to your account in inPOL! Do not share your login information for the inPOL system or the case assignment code with anyone, as this may jeopardize the security of your data. If you have shared your login details with someone and wish to change them, please write to us a letter (via e-delivery) requesting to link the case to your email address and specify that address! Keep in mind that the letter must be signed by you for us to verify it! Stay in Poland legally. Act wisely – do not let yourself be deceived!
