When applying for residence legalization, carefully verify all provided information, especially personal data, purpose of stay, place of residence, employment, sources of income, and documents confirming the fulfillment of the required conditions. We remind you that the Border Guard, which reviews submitted applications and conducts social interviews during the proceedings, verifies the information and documents provided by foreigners. If discrepancies or inaccuracies are found, for example, regarding a false place of residence, actions may be taken in accordance with the law. Pay attention to the section of the application concerning criminal records and remember to include all information, especially regarding fines. Keep in mind that by submitting the application, you declare that the information contained in the application is true and that you are aware of the criminal liability for providing false statements. Additionally, we remind you that you must fill out the application in Polish and complete all required fields.
